Jeff Weaber
Living "off-the-grid" for two years in Denison's Homestead during college set in motion Jeff's ambitions to live a sustainable community life. On the path to achieving this lofty goal he learned organic farming, building skills, production brewing, and literally married into the alternative medical philosophies of Naturopathy and Classical Chinese Medicine when he wed Katina Martin. Now the two of them share their time between Katina's medical practice, their small farm, raising kids and Aqua Vitea as their community dreams continue to unfold.

Mike Kin
Known primarily as Mike Kin "the artist", he also goes by "the bird guy", "spicy Mike" and has most recently the "brewer". Over the past years Mike has traveled extensively around the world including a two year Peace Corps stint in Mongolia. After years of feasting on mutton, Mike returned home from Asia to work for the Audubon Society of Portand as a naturalist educator. He now graces Auqa Vitea with all of his talents, especially his art work, and spends time in the brewery continuously attempting to decipher the fascinating, non-verbal language of kombucha.

Katina Martin
Growing up in Caribou, ME picking potatoes as a young girl gave Katina the strong work ethic she would needed to a become a Naturopathic physician, Acupuncturist, and Midwife. Though she is busy with her own practice now, Katina's involvement with Aqua Vitea in the early stages of product development has helped to set our kombucha apart from the rest.
